The Rectisol process for purifying nature gas was simulated using an appropriate thermodynamic model and the current simulation software.

The situation of loss of refrigeration consume was introduced for low temperature methanol washing device, through the calculating data of analog software RPS96, reason of problem caused by insufficient refrigeration capacity was analyzed, and the appropriate solvable measures were presented, the improved result indicates that the absorbing temperature of methanol can be kept at -58.

Today,with the rapid development of clean energy,lots of large-scale device of methanol,dimethyl-ether,Olefin Polymerization have been put into production,some super scale device are preparing to construction stages,and the cool methanol absorption technology is used in coal gas purification process route of those engineering.
