To solve the limitation existing in the tube pump that it can't prevent obstacle from falling into oil wells, We designed two type of standing valve assembly basing on a large number of study and experiment, and they can effectively solve tube pump blockage caused by sand and mud grain etc.
针对胜利油田目前使用的普通管式抽油泵不能有效防落物的缺陷,在大量调研和实验的基础上,设计了2种不同的固定阀装置,这2种装置通过自身的沉砂结构有效地解决了井口落物及沙砾、泥质颗粒等异物沉积在固定阀和泵筒内而使泵不能正常工作的问题,通过地面试验和28口油井的现场证明,防落物堵塞固定阀的成功率达100%。

The technology adopts biased-valve oil well pump,coiled steel rod and rotary wellhead parts,which form the technological pipe string for the lift of the sucker rod pump in highly-deviated wells.
