性状描述:无色液体。沸点为47-48α(0.267kPa),相对密度1.1044(27/4℃),折光率1.443(25℃)。溶于乙醚;氯仿;甲氯化碳;苯;二氧六环,不溶于甲醇;乙醇;露置空气中逐渐聚合。

生产方法:由氰乙酸甲酯经聚合;裂解而得。将氰乙酸甲酯(见24530)和哌啶混合,加入预热至80℃的甲醛中。保温搅拌反应1h,将反应液放入冰水中,经球磨;粉碎;洗涤;干燥得聚2-氰基丙酸甲酯。将其与对苯二酚;五氧化二磷;磷酸三甲酚加入反应锅,保持微负压通入二氧化硫,加热到230℃裂解。裂解产物再加入对苯二酚;五氧化二磷及二氧化硫,减压蒸馏,收集80℃(0.67kPa)馏分,即得2-氰基丙烯酸甲酯。该品需加入0.01%对苯二酚密封保存。

用途:该品具有片刻聚合的特点,有强大的粘着力,用作胶粘剂和聚合物的单体,可用于皮肤手术切口和新鲜伤口的粘合。
