banlianxushi zha」i半连续式轧机(semi一tandem rolling mill) 由横列式轧机和连续式轧机混合组成的型材轧机。型材的半连续式轧机最典型的布置方式有:粗轧机组为连续式布置而精轧机组为横列式布置(图a);粗轧机组为横列式布置(或其他形式的布置)而精轧机组为连续式布置(图b)。前一种布置方式主要是考虑粗轧阶段轧件断面形状简单，便于进行连续轧制，而精轧阶段轧件断面形状复杂，孔型磨损较快，为了便于轧机调整，精轧机组布置成横列式。后一种布置方式则是考虑粗轧阶段轧件较短，不必实行连乳，轧制道次可以灵活成呱 山b 半连续式布置的轧机示意图 1一粗轧机组;2一精轧机组调整，可扩大产品品种范围。半连续式轧机既发挥了连续式轧机的优点，又兼有横列式轧机(或顺列式轧机、棋盘式札机)的长处，但是其粗轧机组与精轧机组生产能力往往不够平衡，影响轧机生产能力的充分发挥。 型材半连续式轧机多用于小型型材、线材的生产中。(见彩图插页第28页) (李淑芳潘惠芹)
