病名。亦称类脂质肾上腺增生症。为先天性肾上腺性征异常症之一。属遗传性疾病。少见。系因决定皮质类固醇合成酶之基因缺陷，使皮质激素生物合成过程中之胆固醇侧链裂解酶缺陷，使所有具活性之皮质激素及其前体化合物合成障碍而缺乏，甚至性腺(睾丸及卵巢)不能合成性激素。表现为性腺功能低下，男婴外生殖器女性化，仅以染色体方可鉴别出糖皮质激素、盐皮质激素均缺乏的一系列症状。所有患 儿难免一死。
