After comparison of two preparation ways of titanium material by boiling chlorination from Panzhihua ilmenite concentrate and synthetic rutile by hydrochloric acid leaching by fluidization,and in light of the development trend of international titanium materials,an available technology was recommended for possessing Panzhihua natural resources.

In allusion to the process of titanium white powder produced by chloride giving rise to a large number of fluidizing chlorination slag,which will cause the serious environmental problems if it was directly stacked.
