【检知管法】(detectortubemethod)指用试剂浸泡过的载体颗粒装在玻璃管中，当被测空气以一定速度抽过此管时，被测物质与试剂发策颜色反应，然后根据颜色的深浅和色柱的长短，与标准色板或浓度标尺进行比较，从而作出定性和半定量的分析方法。所用载体应具亩下列性能：（1）化学惰性，即不与被测物质和试剂起反应；（2）质地牢固，并能粉碎成一定大小的颗粒；（3）白色多孔或表面粗糙的固体物质。常用的载体有硅胶、素烧瓷、浮石、活性氧化铝和石英砂等。
