To reach the requirement of viscosity reducer for different application conditions, three kinds of surfactants, including carboxylate type surfactant, nonion-sulfate surfactant, and nonion-carboxylate type surfactant were synthesized by the saponifcation of oil resin, the reaction of polyoxyethylated castor oil (EL) and aminosulfonic acid as well as the reaction of OP and chloroacetic acid.
基于不同使用条件对稠油降粘剂的要求,通过油脚皂化、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油(EL)与氨基磺酸反应、OP表面活性剂与氯乙酸反应合成了羧酸盐型、非离子-硫酸酯盐、非离子-羧酸盐三类表面活性剂。
