性质:又称高温炉原子吸收光谱法。利用低压大电流将石墨管、石墨棒、金属丝或金属舟加热到2000~3000℃,使置于其上的试样蒸发并转化为基态原子。由于其对特征辐射吸收,测量待测元素原子吸收信号,从而求出试样中待测元素的含量。
