Combined with stoneware production in shucheng ceramics factory,this article analyzes the composition and sintering temperature of ceramic-body and glazings with K2O·Al2O3· 4SiO2- 3Al2O3· 2SiO2-SiO, trinary phase diagram,and demonstrates the methods of regulation and calculation which may be used in practice.
本文结合舒城陶瓷厂炻瓷的生产，运用Ｋ２Ｏ·Ａｌ２Ｏ３·４ＳｉＯ２－３Ａｌ２Ｏ３·２ＳｉＯ２－ＳｉＯ２三组分相图，对坯釉料的组成和烧成温度进行了分析，并说明了调整与计算方法，可望在实际工作中推广应用。

The preparation method of the photocatalysis functional ceramics was as follows: firstly, to prepare the titanic acid sol and the titanic acid sol mixing iron ion; then, to load the soil in the stoneware tube and the honeycomb ceramics by the sol-gel technology; finally, to roast the product by the program heating.
先制备钛酸溶胶和掺入Fe3+的钛酸溶胶;用溶胶-凝胶法分别将它们负载于炻器管和矩形蜂窝陶体上;再用程序升温法煅烧,得到纳米TiO2光催化功能陶瓷。
