为了提高轮胎的安全性,延长使用寿命,以及降低油耗等,必须改善其对于湿路面抓着能力(牵引性),降低滚动阻力,提高耐磨性。为此,开发能满足这些性能要求的合成橡胶十分必要。用稀土催化剂,如新癸酸钕(c)、环烷酸钕(n)等聚合得到的顺式1,4聚丁二烯橡胶(ndbr)具有良好的抗湿滑性和较低的滚动阻力,而耐磨性仍能保持良好的水平。与镍催化聚丁二烯橡胶(nibr)相比,ndbr不仅具有较高的顺式l,4结构含量(97%),而且它们的应力一应变、弹性、生热、湿滑以及滚动阻力等性能都有特点。本文对用两种稀土催化剂得到的ndbr 的性能进行了研究,并与nibr(br9000)作了对比。
