性质:热集成精馏系统在流程结构上对进料组成变化的容忍能力。在一对热集成精馏塔系统中,一个塔的再沸器(冷凝器)需要(放出)的热量可由另一个塔的冷凝器(再沸器)放出(需要)的热量提供(吸收),不足的部分才从(外)外界供应(排出)。因此该系统的流程包含一台换热器、一台或两台冷凝器以及一或两台再沸器。在进料总流量不变的情况下,当进料组分流率偏离设计值时,各个塔的冷凝器及再沸器的热负荷都会发生相应的变化,如不考虑设备尺寸这一约束条件,则每个系统无需改变结构都会对这种变化有一定的容忍能力。复杂的热集成精馏系统通常由多对热集成的精馏塔组成,在原料总流率不变的条件下,当组分进料流率的变化达到一定程度时,只要系统中有一个热集成的塔对在流程结构上不可行,则整个系统的操作就不可行(即其操作不能满足设计规定的要求)。
