A pair of ep imers were isolated from Celastrus flagellaris Rupr ,for the firsttime，their chemical structures were elucidatcd as 1α，6β,8α，13-tetraacetoxy－9α-benzoyloxy-β-dihydroagarofuran（1） and lα，6β,8α,13－tetraacetoxy－9β－benzoyloxy-β-dihydroagarofuran（2）mainly by ~1H -~1H COSY ,~(13)C -~1H COSY ,NOESYand HMBC spectra.
从刺南蛇藤中首次分离到一对差向异构体，用ＮＭＫ方法（ＨＮＭＲ，￣（１３）ＣＮＭＲ，ＤＥＰＴ，￣１－￣１ＨＣＯＳＹ，￣（１３）Ｃ－￣１ＨＣＯＳＹ，ＮＯＥＳＹ，ＨＭＢＣ）并结合其它结构信息，确定其化学结构为；１α，６β，８α，１３－四乙酰氧基－９α－苯甲酰氧基－β－二氢沉香呋喃（１）和１α，６β，８α，１３－四乙酰氧基－９β－苯甲酰基－β－二氢沉香呋喃（２）。

【来源】
为卫矛科植物刺南蛇藤的根、果实或茎。
【植物形态】
刺南蛇藤 藤状灌木，长达8米。幼枝常有随生根。最外1对芽鳞宿存，并尖硬成钩状刺，常爬钩在树上。叶互生，广卵形，略为膜质，长3～5.5厘米，宽2～5厘米，边缘有硬毛状细齿。聚伞花序腋生，1～3花，或多花成簇；花梗短，常在5毫米以下；花单性淡黄色，5数，萼钟形，5裂；花瓣匙状长圆形；雄花的雄蕊有花丝着生在花盘边缘上，子房退化；雌花的雌蕊花丝极短，子房3室，花柱柱状，柱头3裂，裂端再2深裂，反折。蒴果球形，黄绿色，3瓣裂，种子3～6个，暗红色。花期6月。果期10月。 生于林下，河边、石坡上。分布辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、河北、山东、浙江等地。

春、秋割取地上茎，晒干。

果实和种子中含有南蛇藤黄素和玉蜀黍黄素。

《东北常用中草药手册》："甘，平。"
【功用主治】
《黑龙江常用中草药手册》："祛风湿，强筋骨。治风湿痛，关节炎，跌打损伤肿痛，无名肿毒。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，0.5～1两；或浸酒。
