工作原理
空气通过加热器转化为热空气，进入装置在干燥室顶部的热风分配器，然后均匀的进入干燥室，并呈螺旋状转动，同时将料液送至装置在干燥室顶部的离心雾化器，使料液雾化成极小的雾状液滴，料液和热空气并流接触、水份迅速蒸发，在极短的时间内干燥为成品。成品经干燥底部和旋风分离器排出，废气由风机抽出排空。
应用范围及特性
化学工业：氟化钠(钾)、碱性染料颜料、染料中间体，复合肥、甲醛硅酸、催化剂、硫酸剂、氨基酸、白炭黑等。
塑料树脂：AB，ABS乳液、尿醛树脂、酚醛树脂、密胶(脲)甲醛树脂、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等。
食品工业：富脂奶粉、胳朊、可可奶粉、代乳粉、蛋清(黄)等。
食物及植物：燕麦、鸡汁、咖啡、速溶茶、调味香料肉、蛋白质、大豆、花生蛋白质、水解物、螺旋藻等。
糖类：麦芽糊精、葡萄糖、果胶、麦芽糖、低聚异麦芽糖、高麦芽糖、山果酸钾等。
陶瓷：氧化铝、瓷砖材料、氧化镁、滑石等。
特点：本公司的喷雾干燥塔，除尘设施经过特殊设计，除尘效率高，安全稳定，连续运转，不积粉，不跑粉，较同类型塔产量可提高20-30％，干粉回收率提高3-5％。
