Objective: To obtain several lines of cells that can secrete highly specific, affinitive monoclonal antibodies against five kinds of algal cells which are Chattonella marina, Chattonella ovata, Hetewsigma akashiwo, Prorocentrum dentatum and Pseudonitzschia pungens, respectively.

目的:建立分泌抗海洋褐胞藻(Chattonellamarina)、卵圆褐胞藻(Chattonellaovata)、赤潮异弯藻(Heterosigmaakashiwo)、具齿原甲藻(Prorocentrumdentatum)、尖刺拟菱形藻(Pseudonitzschiapungens)等5种藻的高特异性单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株。

| 变胞藻属 Astasia 裸藻门变胞藻科的一属 。 均为具一条鞭毛的单细胞体，体形易变，常呈纺锤形或圆柱形；无眼点；无色素体；同化产物为淀粉；渗透腐生营养。本属约35种，中国现有记录仅6 种。多生长在有机质丰富的静水小水体中，也存在于处理污水的活性污泥中。常见种类有尾变胞藻。本属形态上与裸藻属相似。在实验室培养中，把裸藻属中某些种类去除色素，可与变胞藻属某些种类的特征近似。故有些藻类学家认为变胞藻可能是绿色裸藻去色素体演化来的。 |
