性质:以尼龙树脂为基料,添加纤维和填料(或二者共同添加),在挤出机中尼龙熔点以上、分解温度以下混炼(或包覆)挤出得到的塑料。与相应尼龙树脂比较,其共性是力学强度、刚性、硬度、耐热性大幅度提高,伸长率、模塑收缩率、吸湿性降低。其性能主要取决于配方,纤维(或填料)的长径比与尼龙树脂的粘接强度、取向度等。常用的纤维有玻璃纤维、碳纤维、石棉纤维、芳族尼龙纤维等。常用的填料有沸石、滑石,碳酸钙、云母等。
