kuangehuang gongye zhibiao shenPi矿床工业指标审批(appoval forde卯sitsin-dustrial index)根据当前技术经济条件，合理确定某一矿床工业指标的过程。矿床工业指标是界定矿产储量的标准。为维护矿产资源国家所有的合法权益和矿山经营者的利益，国家对矿床工业指标的制订、修订实行审批或仲裁制度，统一管理矿床工业指标。国家矿产储量管理局、国家国有资产管理局于1卯2年11月16日联合发布的《矿床工业指标管理暂行办法》规定，用以编制供矿山建设使用的勘查报告的工业指标，由勘查单位向矿山的主管部门或矿产储量管理部门提出建议书，后者经组织技术经济论证后进行审批，并正式下达勘查单位;不供矿山建设使用的矿产普查、详查阶段的矿床工业指标，参照相应矿产地质勘探规范或由矿产储量管理部门制订的《矿产工业要求参考手册》中有关的工业指标确定，由勘查单位的主管部门批准执行。矿床工业指标一经审批下达后，勘查单位即按指标圈定矿床，计算储量，编制地质勘查报告;矿产储量管理部门按该指标审批地质勘查报告;矿山设计单位和矿山企业按该指标进行设计和生产。《暂行办法》还规定，矿山在基建勘探、生产勘探或开采中，由于技术经济条件及其他因素变化，需修订原矿床工业指标时，由矿山企业提出修订工业指标的建议意见和可行性论证报告，经矿山主管部门审查同意后，报矿产储量管理部门审查批准，下达执行。勘查单位与矿山的主管部门对工业指标发生重大分歧时，可向矿产储量管理部门申请仲裁。未经矿产储量管理部门批准，任何单位不得擅自更改矿床工业指标。(何贤杰邓国平)
