耳蕈
fungiform outgrowth of external ear
发生于外耳道的乳头状赘生物。见于明代《疡医准绳》，又名耳痔。其特征为耳窍内有小肉突出，樱桃到枣核大小，不痛。逐渐长大，可影响听力。相当于西医的“外耳道乳头状瘤”。治疗以外治为主。本病由痰湿气血凝聚而成。临证可见到耳窍内有小肉突出，形如樱桃、羊奶头、枣核形，或如蘑菇状。微红胀痛，突出耳道口，多色红、湿润，触之疼痛，或有出血，逐渐长大则影响听觉。治疗一般不需用内服药，若继发感染，胀痛重者，宜清肝火，方用柴胡清肝汤加减。外治：可用，去除赘生物。若有感染，需控制炎症后，才能用烙法。
