d lonl一xltong lueyuon shu{P一ng he Jueyuon sh一yon电力系统绝缘水平和绝缘试验(powersystems insulation levels and insulation tests) 绝缘水平系指电力系统绝缘耐受各种作用电压能力的总称。绝缘试验系指在规定试验条件下检验电力系统绝缘强度的各种电压试验的总称。绝缘水平和绝缘试脸，虽是两个独立的概念。但表征绝缘水平是用绝缘电压试验数值来表示的，因而关系又很密切。在一定试验条件下，有限试品上施加少t有限次数的试验电压，由数理统计知识可知，这样得出的绝缘耐受电压值，只能说是“绝缘试验标准规定值”，不是产品绝缘能耐受的电压“真值”。 绝缘水平这个概念，一般地说，是根据现行绝缘配合的计算方法，在采用过电压保护措施条件下，随机的过电压下所发生的故障率限制在运行能够接受的范围内，所要求的(即设计规定的)绝缘应能够耐受的作用电压。通常地，绝缘承受作用电压持续时间愈短，耐受作用电压幅值愈高。 现行试验标准，设计了如下6个在规定条件下进行的用以检验绝缘满足标准耐受电压的绝缘试脸:①长时间工颇电压试验(表征长期运行电压下的绝缘水平，见绝蛛材料寿命试脸、绝蛛交流电压试脸)，②短时间(1 min)工频电压试验(仿真暂态过电压含工颇过电压和谐振过电压，见绝蛛交流电压试脸)，③操作(25。/2500拌s)冲击电压试脸(表征级波前过电压下的绝缘水平，见绝蛛冲击电压试脸);④雷电(1 .2/50娜)冲击电压试验(表征快波前过电压含雷电过电压和切除空载变压器等类操作过电压下的绝缘水平，见绝缘冲击电压试脸);⑤陡波前(波峰值时间毛0.1邵)冲击电压试验(表征陡波前操作过电压下的绝缘水平，见电力系统特快速瞬态过电压、绝蛛冲击电压试脸);⑥联合电压试验，又称复合电压试验(表征相间或极间过电压下的绝缘水平以及特殊要求工况下的绝缘水平，见绝缘复合电压试脸). 试验的目的，耐受标准规定试验电压值是保证绝缘在运行寿命期内(25年以上)能够耐受长期运行电压和随机过电压下要求的绝缘水平，被长期制造和运行经验证明是可行的。 但研究也表明，随着不同的试品，不同的抽样方法，不同的试验方法(含施压次数不同)，可获得不同的绝缘耐受电压值。因此，试品的选取和试验方法是进一步研究的课题。使得绝缘试验“标准规定值”更接近绝缘水平要求耐受电压“真值”。 总之，绝缘强度不是一个“固定值”而是一个随机变童，即在某一电压有一个相应的绝缘击穿概率。施加电压次数多少，对有的绝缘的绝缘强度影响很大.此外，实际运行中电气设备是承受着多应力(电压、太阳辐射、机械负载、温度变化、湿度、污染等)综合作用累积效应。现行绝缘试验方法，用少项组合过应力试验结果来评价，与实际存在差距。对某些绝缘材料(如合成材料)会产生误导，一些国家正在致力研究开发新的绝缘试验方法。
