This study took PRL gene as a candidate which strongly relates to the broodiness, through designing seven pairs of primers to clone and sequence the PRL coding regions of Xupu white goose and Zi goose.
本研究以与就巢性状关系密切的PRL基因为候选基因，通过设计的7对引物对溆浦白鹅PRL基因编码区序列进行克隆测序；运用PCR-SSCP手段分别对7对引物所得片段进行多态性分析；探寻PRL基因编码区序列与产蛋量性状的相关程度，并检测基因突变位点。

One hundred and eighty Xupu breeder geese(240 d of age)were randomly assigned to one of five treatments with three replicates in each one(12 animals/replicant).
240日龄健康溆浦鹅种鹅180羽,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复12羽,1组为注射组(每隔10d注射LHRH-A3,10μg/羽),另外4组分别口服(拌料饲喂)0、5、10、15μg/羽LHRH-A3。

Three hundred Xupu breeder geese(300 days of age)were randomly assigned to one of five treatments with three replicates in each one and injected with LHRH-A3 with different dose(0 μg,5 μg,10 μg,15 μg and 20 μg per bird,respectively).
300日龄健康溆浦鹅种鹅300羽,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20羽(公母比例1∶4),每间隔10 d分别注射不同剂量LHRH-A3(0、5、10、15、20μg/羽),研究其对溆浦鹅种鹅繁殖的影响。
