Eight new 1 aroyl 3 (4 benzosulfonamide) thiourea derivatives were synthesized by reacting aroylisothiocyanate with substituted sulfanilamide in anlydrous acetone.

A series of new 1-aroyl-3-(4-benzosulfonamidopyrimidine)-thioureas(1a～1) were syn-thesized by the reaction of aroylisothiocyanate with sulfadiazine in anhydrous acetonitrile.
