A new,unsophisticated and safe methods of graphite fluoride preparationsolid phase method technology is presented in this paper,and the product is examined by IR and XRD,otherwise the factors on influence the preparation of graphite fluoride is discussed.

聚三氟氯乙烯是由三氟氯乙烯通过悬浮聚合或乳液聚合而制得。白色粉末，结晶度85％～90％。相对密度2.07～2.18,折射率1.429～l.439。熔点215℃，分解温度＞315℃，玻璃化温度58℃，热变形温度75℃(1. 82MPa)，失强温度270℃。低温性好，长期使用温度-200～300 ℃。有特别好的透可见光、紫外线、红外线及阻气性能，化学稳定性仅次于聚四氟乙烯。高温下(140 ℃)不耐氯磺酸、苛性碱、新生元素氟、高浓度发烟硫酸。在高温下能溶于苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、四氯化碳、环己酮、环己烷等溶剂。与金属粘接性好，尺寸稳定性好。吸水性极小，机械性能和电绝缘性能良好，有较好的耐蠕变性。
