小肠穿过肠系膜孔而形成的疝,属腹内疝。严格讲其不能称为疝,因不具有疝囊。可为先天性,也可为创伤后或手术后遗留,小肠穿过系膜孔后容易发生狭窄或扭转,临床症状为急性机械性肠梗阻的表现。与粘连带所致的梗阻相似。诊断只能在手术时证实。治疗为手术复位并闭合肠系膜孔。
