hairy cell leukemia
此病多见于老年人,但儿童期亦可见到,其发生约占白血病总数的2%。成人以慢性病程者多见,而小儿则多为急性病程。本病因其病理细胞表面有大量细绒毛出现而得名。临床表现为脾脏肿大明显,并可见到肝脏肿大及淋巴结增大。骨髓活检则表现为增生活跃,毛细胞占30%~90%。小儿时期的病程较短,一般只有3~10个月。化疗效果不好,脾切除可使生存期明显延长并能纠正全血细胞减少。
