性质:一种利用红外反射光研究吸附薄层的光谱分析技术,它与吸附薄层和金属载体的光学常数、入射角及入射光的极化性质有关。入射光中与表面垂直的组分经反射后,在表面形成的电场矢量之和接近于零,只有与表面平行的组分经反射后才能够被吸附层大量吸收,且以掠射角入射时才会有最大吸收,其吸收在10nm厚度范围内与厚度呈线性相关,最大峰的频率在反射后不会变化。该技术克服了电子光谱的真空条件,可以用于研究各种表面和界面体系,并能推测吸附分子的结构、吸附类型,已成为表面研究的例行方法。目前以色散型和傅里叶变换型红外仪应用较为广泛。
