本文提出了采用国内廉价的２＃原料，代替活性氧化铝，用一次搓成法和固体合成法新工艺，研制了９０１１＃，９１０４＃新型汽车尾气净化稀土催化剂，提高了催化剂的低温活性，降低了成本，为稀土催化剂的应用开辟了一条新路。

Based on large deformation elastic-plastic FEM theory, the nonlinear finite element simulation of involute spline cold roll forming is provided by means of the software of ANSYS.
依据大变形弹塑性有限元理论和接触理论,综合考虑成形中的几何非线性、状态非线性、材料非线性以及工件与刀具的接触摩擦因素,借助有限元软件ANSYS对渐开线花键冷搓成形的过程进行数值模拟,方法新颖独特,其应用将对刀具的设计有参考作用。

分别采用等静压成型与手搓成型工艺制造氧化铝瓷球 ;研究表明不同的成型方法不仅对瓷球的烧成及物理性能有影响 ,且对其磨损规律有着很大的影响 ;等静压成型瓷球的烧结温度较手搓成型瓷球要低 ,硬度及密度比手搓成型瓷球要高 ;手搓成型瓷球的磨损率随时间增加而增加 ,等静压成型瓷球的磨损率随时间增加而相应减小。
