In the paper we disscuss the preparation, structure and homogeneous catalytic mechanism of activet platinum catalyst in the addition of silicon hydrides to allyl chloride and trichlorosilane, and explain the facts obtained from the experiment that high yield (85%) of ant-Markovnikov's Rue addition product-γ-chlorpropyltrichlorosilane and the time of reaction shortened into fifteen hours.
