性质:为沉降离心机的主要技术特性,又称当量沉降面积,常用符号为∑。它是沉降离心机的分离因数FR与转鼓结构和几何尺寸所确定的沉降面积A的乘积,即∑=FR·A。沉降离心机的容积处理能力与粒子沉降速度和离心沉降面积成正比;沉降离心机的∑值越大,则处理能力越大,因此∑值是表示沉降离心机处理能力的指标。
