在１０ｔ转炉钢包中用喷射冶金方法实现铌精矿直接合金化的试验结果，铌回收率可达８０％；在喷粉剂中配加２０％Ｓｉ－Ｃａ粉，可控制喷吹过程中［Ｃ］、［Ｓｉ］含量基本不变；喷吹时［Ｓ］略有降低，［Ｐ］没有变化；喷粉剂中Ｓｉ－Ｃａ对Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３，夹杂有变性作用，经喷吹清洗后使钢的纯洁度明显提高。
