The rotative- stream plate (RSP) was first developed in 1970.
建立在旋流板设计基本理论之上,自行设计加工了十二种高罩旋流塔板;在Φ76mm有机玻璃管中测定了不同结构旋流板在不同条件下的于塔压降和湿塔压降;比较系统地研究了气液负荷、塔板参数对塔板压降的影响,得出在干塔、湿塔操作条件下,压降△P与空塔气速u、叶片仰角α、动能因子F_0、开孔率Φ、喷淋密度D的相关关系,比较了在相同操作条件下,旋流塔与填料塔的操作压降和泛点速度范围,得出旋流塔具有压降低、气液负荷高、操作弹性宽的优点,为其应用与推广提供基础参数和依据。
