The RE-vanadizing of ATY nozzle made with common steel was carried out, taking anhydrous borax as main salt for salt-bathing, NaF as activating agent and diluent, V2O5 as vanadium supplier, La2O3 as catalyst, aluminium powder as reducing agent, and heated to 980℃ for 5 h, then vanadizing, the vanadizing layer was gained.
