The aerodynamic characteristic of wind turbine was calculated by using Pitt-Peter theory and was programmed in Matlab/Simulink.
采用Pitt-Peter理论进行风力机气动力学的计算分析,并用MATLAB/simulink进行编程,建立风力机传动链的数学模型并在MATLAB/simulink中进行传动链系统的编程运算,建立风力机ADAMS柔性多体结构动力学仿真模型,将MATLAB/simulink和ADAMS进行风力机振动性能的联合仿真;将计算的气动载荷加载到风力机叶片结构上,将传动系统模型的反扭矩加到ADAMS风轮模型上,同时风力机的结构变形也对气动性能、传动性能产生耦合影响,仿真最终实现风力机系统振动性能耦合分析。

Aiming at limitation of structural dynamics analysis of wind turbine, the aerodynamic characteristic of wind turbine was calculated by applying Pitt-Peter theory, and virtual prototype technical is applied to analysis of vibration characteristic of wind turbine.
针对目前风力发电机结构动力学分析的局限性,采用Pitt-Peter理论进行风力机气动力学的计算分析,将虚拟样机技术应用于风力发电机结构动力学分析;对某失速型600KW风力发电机进行结构动力学分析,研究结果表明,该方法能较好的模拟风力发电机组的结构动力学性能。

The methods of SEM,metallurgical microscope and so on were used to analyse microstructure and component of the coatings and self-made mounting grinding abrasion probe aircraft was used to measure the wearing grinding abrasion of Cu-Al2O3 gradient coatings.
针对纯陶瓷涂层由于结合强度低、孔隙率高、影响涂层耐磨性的实际,用等离子喷涂法制备了Cu-Al2O3梯度涂层,用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、金相显微镜等手段对涂层进行微观组织和成分分析,用自制销盘式固定磨料磨损试验机,检测了Cu-Al2O3梯度涂层的耐磨料磨损性能。
