性质: 胶料在加工过程或硫化前停放过程中出现早期硫化现象,又称自硫(bin cure)。导致胶料出现焦烧的原因主要是配方设计不当,如促进剂品种不合适、用量过大;混炼、压出、压延时温度过高;胶料停放温度过高、时间过长等。防止胶料焦烧除针对上述原因从配方、工艺上加以改进外,还可以通过使用防焦剂延长胶料的焦烧时间来达到。
