The three-dimensional plastic deformation of strip were analyzed by stream surface strip element method,the elastic deformations of rolls were analyzed by influence coefficient method,the analyzing and computing model of shape and crown of the strip rolled on 4-high CVC mill were established by combining them,and the rolling process of hot strip on 4-high CVC continuous mills was simulated.
