纤维素样变性
fibrinoid degeneration
是间质的胶原纤维及小血管壁的一种变性。病变呈小灶状，原来的组织结构逐渐消失，变为一堆边界不清的颗粒状或小条、小块状的无结构物质，折光性强，强嗜酸性故染成深红色，颇像纤维素，有时显示纤维素染色，因此称纤维素样变性。研究证明，纤维素样变性常有纤维的分解断裂或血管壁的破坏，说明有组织坏死，所以也叫纤维素样坏死。
