Method According to CLSI 2006 standard,100 strains of Staphylococcus aureus(SA) and 51 strains of coagulase-negative Staphylococcus(CoNS) isolated from clinical samples were tested by cefoxitin disk diffusion method,cefoxitin disk diffusion supplemented with 4% salt inmueller-hinton agar(MHA),oxacillin disk diffusion supplemented with 2% salt in MHA,and oxacillin-salt agar.
方法收集临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌100株、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌51株,分别进行头孢西丁纸片、MHA中添加4%NaCl的头孢西丁纸片、MHA中添加2%NaCl的苯唑西林纸片、苯唑西林-盐琼脂,以PBP2a胶乳凝集作为MRS检测标准,按CLSI2006版标准操作和判读结果。

西琼寺位于四川阿坝州壤塘县跟青海班玛县交界处，为当年龙多活佛的前世次洛活佛主持的一个道场，今有僧人近百，主修宁玛派教法。壤塘是国务院在上世纪八十年代划定的全国23个最贫困县之一，今日西琼寺所在地依旧十分贫困，没有电，没有公路，电话、手机自然更谈不上。为抵御“萨斯”入侵藏地，高原上处处设防，外乡车辆、人员不准进入西琼法会场地。即便这样，每天仍有数百乡民从一二十里外的村子赶来，遇上下雨下雪，不少人长时间端坐于雨雪之中不遮不挡不摇不动，其情其景，令人深受感动。
