In consideration of the digestive characterstics of the infants,a supping-prone rice and Chinese yam powder has been prepared by use of biochemical technology , with rice as the primary ingreaient and with Chinese yam powder and some others as adju- vants.

补充资料:鹌鹑党参淮山汤
[用料] 鹌鹑1只,党参10克,淮山20克,油盐适量。
[功效] 滋养肝肾,补益脾胃。白玉红枣小肚汤
[制法] 首先将鹌鹑剖开,去掉内脏,洗净后切成块备用;党参、淮山分别洗净,与鹌鹑一起放进砂锅内,加清水适量,用大火煮沸,再用文火继续煮1小时,最后加上调料即可。
