材料
牛肉300克 a（白糖1大勺、清酒2大勺、梨四分之一个） b（朝鲜酱油2大勺、葱花1大勺、蒜泥2小勺、香油1小勺、芝麻1勺），疏菜（生菜、芝麻叶、青辣椒、齐克里等）适量。 大葱半根 c（辣椒粉半小勺、香油半小勺、食盐五分之一勺），蒜3个。
调料
大酱2大勺、 辣椒酱半大勺、 蒜泥半小勺、 白糖半小勺、 葱花半小勺、 香油1小勺、 芝麻面1小勺， 把这些搅拌即成
做法
1. 把牛肉切成适当大小，加a，放1小时左右，使调料浸入
2. 把疏菜洗净，控水。把蒜切成薄片。把大葱切成长7厘米、厚3毫米大小，泡凉水，控水，加a盛在碗里
3. 牛肉1加b拌好。用手拌调料更容易浸入
4. 先用［薄块烘烤］预热７分钟，然后放入肉串，用［薄块烘烤］烤焗７分钟，取出反转，再烤焗７分钟，取出。
5. 在爱吃的菜叶上，放烤肉、葱花、蒜片和调料酱吃。同时吃肉汤
