Three hundred and sixty one-day-old Tianfu ducklings were randomly divided into six groups,and fed on diets as follows:Cu 8 mg/kg(controls),Cu 100 mg/kg (high copper group Ⅰ);Cu 200 mg/kg (high copper group Ⅱ),Cu 400 mg/kg (high copper group Ⅲ),Cu 600 mg/kg (high copper group Ⅳ),Cu 800 mg/kg (high copper group Ⅴ)for clinical observation on effect of dietary high copper on duckling growth.
1日龄天府肉鸭健雏360只随机分成6组,分别喂给含铜8mg/kg(对照组)、100mg/kg(高铜Ⅰ组)、200mg/kg(高铜Ⅱ组)、400mg/kg(高铜Ⅲ组)、600mg/kg(高铜Ⅳ组)、800mg/kg(高铜Ⅴ组)日粮6周。

高序多胎妊娠
由于促超排卵药物在治疗不孕症中的应用,多胎的发生率有所增加,自然妊娠中多胎的发生率为1∶89n-1,n代表1次妊娠中的胎儿数。在体外受精、胚胎移植中,为了增加妊娠成功率,每次移植3~4胚胎,多胎妊娠的发生率约为1∶15,多胎妊娠对母婴都不利。妊娠早期反应重,妊娠晚期增大的子宫引起呼吸困难及下肢压迫的症状,妊高征等。胎儿未达成熟即发生流产、早产,低体重儿;导致胎儿不能存活。三胎以上的多胎妊娠谓之高序多胎妊娠。一般双胎和三胎可以继续妊娠,避免流产和早产,加强营养,预防妊高征。四胎以上应考虑选择性减胎术。
