对人造金刚石的提纯技术进行了综述,着重介绍了人造金刚石传统的“三除”提纯工艺及其优缺点,分析了目前国内外超微金刚石主要的化学提纯方法及其优缺点,并简单介绍了超微金刚石近年来现有的几种物理提纯方法的特点及人造金刚石的提纯进展,并对超微金刚石的提纯技术和其应用前景进行了展望。

XRD measurement of the ultra fine diamond (UFD) obtained from the soot of explosive detonated in different conservative substance were made, the results showed that the ultrafine diamond obtained by detonation soot is Cubic diamond crystallites; water has the best preservative efFect to protect the UFD formed in detonation reaction from graphitization or oxidization.
用爆轰法合成了超微金刚石,X射线晶相分析、晶粒尺寸及点阵畸变的测量表明,得到的超微金刚石为立方金刚石微晶,用水作冷却保护的效果比较好,获得的超微金刚石的尺寸为4~6urn,其微应力用比静压法合成的金刚石的大一倍。
