胎前寒泻 胎前寒泻 病证名。见明·赵献可《邯郸遗稿》。多因孕后脾肾阳虚，或外受风寒，或内伤饮食生冷，损伤脾肾，以致肾阳不能上蒸脾土，运化失职，传导失司所致。脾肾阳虚者，症见脐下作痛，喜暖喜按，肠鸣即泻，腹胀畏寒肢冷。治宜温阳健脾止泻，用四神丸，或理中汤；外感风寒者，症见泄泻清稀，腹痛肠鸣，或肢体酸痛，或畏寒发热。治宜祛风散寒止痛，用胃苓汤；饮食生冷者，症见腹痛泻下酸臭，腹胀痞满，嗳气腐臭，治宜消食导滞止泻。用保和丸，或养胃汤加山楂、神曲、麦芽。
