性质:也称阳离子电泳涂漆(anodic electrocoating)。所用水溶性树脂是一种阳离子型化合物,以有机酸中和,工件是阴极,电极是阳极。在两极产生电位差时,阳离子向阴极移动,从工件的表面得到电子,沉积于工件上形成漆膜,阴离子则向阳极移动,在阳极上放出电子氧化成酸。与阳极电泳相比具有漆膜性能好、涂层均匀、漆膜色泽不变深,有色金属也能涂覆。
