补充资料:推-拉注射成型
这种成型方法可消除塑料件中熔体缝、空隙、裂纹以及显微疏松等缺陷,并可控制增强纤维的排列它采用主、辅两个注射单元和一个双绕口模具。工作时,主注射单元推动熔体经过一个绕口过量充填模腔。多余的料经另一浇口进人辅助注射单元,辅助注射螺杆后退以接受模腔中多余熔体;然后辅助注射螺杆往前运动向模腔注射熔体,主注射单元则接受模腔多余熔体。主、辅注射单元如此反复推拉,形成模腔内熔体的振动剪切流动,当靠近模壁的熔体固化时,芯部的熔体在振动剪切流动,当靠近靠近模壁的熔体固化时,芯部的熔体在振动剪切的作用下产生取向并逐渐固化,形成高取向度的制品.一般制品成型需10次左右的循环,最高的可达40次。 

推-拉注射成型的周期比普通注射成型的周期长,但由于在推拉运动中材料被冷却固化,保压阶段对于控制收缩和翘曲已不是很重要了。在推-拉注射成型中,注射阶段和保压阶段合二为一。用此种注射工艺对玻璃纤维增强LCP的推-拉注射成型结果表明,与常规的注射成型相比,材料的拉伸强度和弯曲弹性模量可分别提高420%和270%。
