Based on the characteristics of the current water resources in Yantai city,the supporting capacity of water resources was analyzed and evaluated of thirteen individual districts in Yantai city using the indices system,which was founded with seven kinds of indices among three factors: amount and development of water resources,regional development and ecological environment.

The building is designed by the reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure, and the energy-dissipated braces are installed in some floors to increase the local structural damping ratio and reduce the dislpacement response under earthquake action, because the dislpacements of some floors can not meet the requirement of design code.
