In order to stabilise its quality in production,three technological methods of water decoction,water decoction and wine precipitation,75% alcohol reflux had been compared,with icariine as index,which is an active component from the monarch drug,Herba Epimedii,in herbal formula.
为求得质量稳定,以方中君药淫羊藿的活性成份淫羊藿甙为指标,对水煎、水煎酒沉及70%乙醇回流三种工艺方法进行比较,结果确定水煎方法为好;又以水煎时间、加水量为指标,确定最好的浸提方法。

Objective To detect the efficacy of alcohol served as dilution-media , and to explore mechanism and effection of BuYangHuanWu decoction boiled in alcohol in two aspects of clinic and experiment.
临床研究选取气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者60例,随机分为2组,用加减补阳还五汤酒水煎法治疗30例作为试验组,用常规水煎法治疗30例作为对照组,结果表明:试验组心绞痛疗效有效率达到90%,对照组有效率达到73。

材料:(1) 带骨羊排1块(约半斤)、迷迭香、鼠尾草、百里香、蒜头碎、乾葱碎各少许、橄榄油1匙。 (2) 洋葱碎1/2丙、乾葱碎1/2两、肉汁1公升、红葡萄酒0.5公升。 (3) 新鲜蔬菜适量。
作法:1. 将(1)料腌泡1天,取出羊排煎8~9分熟。 2. 将(2)料入锅中煮开,小火慢熬成稠状,过滤成红酒沙司备用。 3. 沙司放入盘中,羊排置於其上,再摆上烫熟的蔬菜即可。
