The ordered array of carbon nanotubes have been successfully prepared through pyrolyzing Bi(S_2CNEt_2)_3 at 380 ℃ by using the porous anodic alumina membrane as template.
以多孔A l2O3膜为模板,将B i(S2CNEt2)3作碳源,运用化学气相沉积法在较低的温度(380℃)下成功地制得了碳纳米管有序阵列,并用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线能量分散谱仪(EDS)进行了表征,合成的碳纳米管直径100~300 nm,长度可达几十微米。
