| 杨秀峰（1897～1983） 中国教育家，法学家。又名杨秀林。河北迁安人。青年时期曾参加五四运动。1929年赴法留学，次年加入中国共产党。后赴苏联学习。1934年回国后，在北京师范大学等校任教 。参加了一二九学生运动。1937年抗日战争爆发后，组建冀西抗日游击队，后历任冀西抗日游击队司令员，冀南行署主任，晋冀鲁豫边区政府主席，华北人民政府副主席。中华人民共和国建立后，历任河北省人民政府主席，高等教育部部长，国务院文教办公室副主任，最高人民法院院长，第五届全国政协副主席，第五届全国人大常委会委员、法制委员会副主任、中国教育学会和法制学会名誉会长。中共第八届中央委员。1983年11月10日卒于北京。著有《杨秀峰文集》。 |
