骨内良性的软骨肿瘤。虽在小儿或青年时发病，但多数到成人后始被发现。四肢骨较多，特别是手指、掌骨、足趾和跗骨。长管状骨中也偶有发生，病变位于髓腔内。手足部肿瘤多靠近骺板。有的是手指、掌和跗骨外伤造成病理骨折后发现，近期并发骨折的肿瘤触诊时局部压痛明显，肿瘤增大后可穿破骨皮质而达软组织，此时患儿可察觉手指和足趾病变部位有硬性肿块。肿物增大还可压迫指神经或使活动受限。X线检查显示卵圆形的骨质稀疏、骨皮质膨胀变薄。治疗应刮除或彻底切除病变并植入小骨片。
