2、检查三角皮带的松紧度与磨损情整，如过紧、过松，或磨损严重，应予调况或更换。
3、先点动试车，然后空运转2-3分钟，检查传动系统（电动机、减速器）以及压杆与塞杆的运动是否正常，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
4、工作后，清理设备时，要特别清理料槽中和套筒里的积砂。
