关节置换 joint replacement 用人工制造的关节代替疼痛且丧失关节功能的关节的方法。常用于髋及膝。制作人工关节的材料要求强度高、耐磨损、耐腐蚀、生物相容性好、无毒性。常用合金、碳素、微晶陶瓷及硅胶等。设计上要求仿生体形状并合乎生物力学。已用于全身各关节。置换的骨骼已有股骨头、椎体、骨盆、舟骨、月骨及桡骨远端。人工股骨头柄还有光面型(需用骨水泥粘固)以及不用骨水泥的珊瑚面型。关节置换的适应症有骨坏死、粉碎性骨折脱位不能复位者、疼痛及活动障碍的骨关节病、僵直或活动困难的类风湿性关节炎以及骨肿瘤等。置换术的并发症有假体松动、磨损或折断、深部感染、异物反应以及妨碍活动的软组织钙化等。
